The best salon by a country mile! Elements is No1 on the High Street here in Bishop's Stortford and all due to Jacqui and Perry Coleman who run a first class establishment. Staff are well trained, personable and enjoy their work. Katie came here as a trainee from school some years ago and is now fully qualified; a testament to the Coleman way of going about hairdressing in my book!

I moved to the area 2 years ago and have struggled to find someone who can cut my hair the way I like:) and I think I have found my stylist! Thank you Shane for the amazing colour and cut!

Gemma is an excellent hairdresser. She takes time to listen to how I want my hair and uses her experience and skill to make it happen. Gemma also ensures my visits to the salon are relaxing and enjoyable (usually with the help of a Gin and tonic...). Thanks Gemma. I will be back.
