2016 Spring Hair Trend Predictions

Derived from the 2015 contouring trend, Strobing consists of just Highlighting. The idea is to achieve a fresh dewy glow. To Achieve this look at home we recommend- I-illuminise Opal/Pearl by New CID. A luminous fluid cream in a beautiful silver brush pen that can be worn on its own or under foundation. Micro fine pearls bounce light away from the skin to give a truly radiant glow to the skin.

Rose Gold

Sienna Miller made us fall in love with this shade when she dyed her hair back in the summer. We think this hair shade is super pretty and we love how much the shade can vary yet still be classed as rose gold. A subtle hint of pink just like the one from our Elumen range will help you to achieve this beautiful rose gold hue.

The Lob

Lobs are another hair trend which is set to take off in 2016. We have already seen many celebs adorn this hairstyle already this year, so we think it’s only going to get more popular. To Achieve this look at home we recommend Spray Wax by Paul Mitchell – Spray on soft, three-dimensional flexible texture and volume.

Ronze

An updated take on bronde for blondes, this hair colour trend is made for redheads. Ronze is a mixture of copper red and bronze brown. It works well on all complexions; you just have to find the best version with your colorist. For those with fair skin, you’ll want a more vibrant undertone.

The Flipped Crop

Wear a short style with volume all flipped to one side. For ladies with long hair, you can fake the look without getting a cut by wearing a tight up do and leaving shorter layers out in front. For extra hold and volume for this style, the key is to create the part whilst the hair is wet. Apply a small amount of spray mouse like Guts10 by Redken then blow dry to set the style with heat.
