Meet Tara, a valued member of the Hair by Elements team since 2005. Starting as Front of House, she quickly rose to the role of Salon Manager, overseeing the team and collaborating with directors to maintain the highest standards for our guests’ experience.

While Tara didn’t come from a hairdressing background, her dedication and passion for the business have driven its development and growth. Despite her non-traditional start, Tara’s commitment to excellence ensures that Hair by Elements continues to thrive. Meet Jackie and Perry, the experienced duo behind Hair by Elements, with over 40 years in the industry. Settling in Bishop’s Stortford in the early 2000s, they founded the salon in 2003, seamlessly combining hair and beauty services. In 2008, they expanded, creating the Skin Clinic at Urban Spa Beauty.

Both bring extensive knowledge from their hairdressing background. Their vision is to create a fun, friendly, family-oriented atmosphere, celebrating daily greatness. As best friends and life partners, they’ve not only built two amazing businesses but also fostered a fantastic team dedicated to exceptional service.
